I think ratings are mostly pointless. When you garner ratings from all over without questioning the rater's credibility, ratings lose their meaning. Ratings are arbitrary as the value itself has no intrinsic meaning. One person's 5/5 may just mean 'its okay', while someone else's 'its okay' could be a 3/5.

For that reason, I'd like to apply some standard guideline for the ratings I put out on my blog, as a sign of respect to the readers and so I can at least try to be consistent. At least this way you'll roughly understand what 2 stars mean at least in the context in the blog.

Here are what the ratings mean for now ( out of 5 ):

5 stars - The best of the best. I am perfectly satisfied with it and will not bother trying/purchasing other teas of the same type after this, and will constantly repurchase it.

4 stars - Amazing tea. I will most likely repurchase this tea when it runs out and it will always have a spot on my shelf unless I get bored of it.

3 stars - Good tea. It's a tea that I enjoy and will consider repurchasing when I run out of it.

2 stars - Decent tea. I'll try to finish whatever amount I have left but will likely not repurchase.

1 star - Bad tea. I will likely not finish the tea and may just use it for some DIY project or throw it away.

0 star - Likely will never give any tea, no matter how bad this rating. At worst the tea will just taste like water, and water ain't that bad.
