My school's cafeteria recently started stocking some teas at the cashier, a marketing tactic to get consumers to impulse buy stuff they probably don't need ( like candy at supermarkets! ). Well, guess who fell for it. It was 5.25 AED but I paid for it using my meal allowance provided by the university so that's fine. The packaging was rather fancy so I was actually excited to try a teabag!

those sachets are so much nicer than the standard teabags you get! its a pyramid-shaped mesh sachet with rather large holes to get a good water flow

Brewing Brewed it as suggested on the package, 80c for 2-3 mins. I used 85c as I was lazy to preheat my pot. Strong smell of roast as it was brewing, something that I wasn't quite expecting from a green tea.

brewed tea! a nice shade of orange, unlike what you'll expect from 'green' tea.
